My wife and I just attended the Bishop Dwenger Saints Alive dinner/auction which was catered by your company. We have attended this affair for about the past 12 years, and we felt the food this year was the best ever. All the other people at our table felt likewise, and we just wanted to compliment your company on a job well done. We were very impressed that you could cater such a sophisticated , high-quality dinner outside a restaurant environment. The dinner was so good, that we just had to take the time to give you our feedback.
