Q. Do you have a minimum guest requirement?

A. No, Ceruti’s caters to as few as two (2) guests. No size group is too small or large!

Q. When do I need to turn in my guest count?

A. We need your minimum guest count 6 business days prior to your event. You may increase your count up to the day prior to your event. For more details click here.

Q. How much will my party cost?

A. Ceruti’s will present a written proposal of all expenses once we have the opportunity to discuss all of your needs and expectations. Click here so that we can get started.

Q. Do you require a deposit?

A. Yes. A deposit protects you and us. A deposit of $200 is required when reserving an off-premise event. On-premise events usually require a deposit equal to the room rental fee.

Q. What is the service charge for?

A. A service charge is customary in the catering & event planning industry. Ceruti’s does not charge a gratuity. The service charge covers expenses such as management salaries, banquet server salaries, insurance and liability, office materials, consultation time, and other support services.
