Joseph A. Ceruti - President, Founder of Company, Principal
Joseph has worked in all phases of the company and industry for 22 years. Joseph serves as the CEO and the CFO while attending to daily operations including, but not limited to, activities involving marketing, advertising, budgeting, and even washing dishes when needed.

John S. Ceruti - Director of Operations
John is a classically trained chef who is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. degree in Restaurant Hotel Institutional Management and an A.O.S. degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. John has been in the industry for over 18 years and has served in all phases of the operation. John has been a driving force in propelling the company into a Tier 1 food service company. John is certified “Serve Safe Food Protection Manager” by the National Restaurant Association and the State of Indiana.

Lisa Crabill - Office Manager & Controller
Lisa started with the company in 1998 and is a customer service expert. Lisa’s quality management skills include payroll procedures, accounts payables, accounts receivables, catering sales contracts, business proposals, and communication systems.

Matt Golaszweski - Production Assistant
Matt has extensive experience in the food service industry. Matt plays a very important role in the overall production and execution of most catering events. He is instrumental in creating innovative menu items that utilizes the inventory at hand. This skill level has been instrumental in keeping food cost in line with budget. Matt has been producing great food since joining Ceruti's in 1999.
